Allen and Bean give Buccaneers a thrilling victory over Sonics
OLIVER Bean signed off in style, while Jack Allen hit the treble trail as Buccaneers Golds Under-11s secured a thrilling 6-5 success against Golden Hill Sonics.
Sonics snatched the lead with a well-taken goal, but Golds battled back with strikes from Sonny O'Sullivan, Josh Pollett and Allen to forge in front.

The game was tied at 3-3 come the interval, but two more goals by Allen ensured him a hat-trick and a 5-3 Golds lead, only for a spirited Sonics to again peg back the deficit with two of their own to make it all square.
It was down to Bean to net Buccaneers' winner in his last game for the club before moving north.

Louis Riggs and David Parando both notched braces for Sonics, while Lewis Gledhill grabbed their other goal.
Clifton United Blacks worked hard for a 4-0 win over Buccaneers Blacks. A strike from Nikhil Danhawoor gave them a half-time lead before Charlie Turner, Lyle Renwick and Danhawoor again, with a last-gasp goal, secured the points.
Clifton Oranges might easily have added to the three goals they netted against Southmead, as their incisive passing led to many chances and the woodwork being struck on several occasions.
George Metcalf scored the only goal of the game as Felton pipped Thornbury Town 1-0.
In a very competitive and skilful match, Westbury Park Foxes Whites beat Ingleside 4-2. Ingleside captain Nyheam Kefetse scored twice, not enough to prevent defeat for his team as Stanley McCormick celebrated a hat-trick for Whites and Jack Harvey grabbed their other goal.
In the under-12s section, substitute Toby Walwin's brave headed goal proved a mere consolation as Ashley Down were beaten 8-1 on the road by Bishopston United.
A fine goalkeeping display by Mario Lovatt Garcia, and some resolute defending from Guy Saunders, meant that despite concerted pressure from the Bishopston attack, Ashley Down were still in the game at half-time, having conceded only two goals to Cian Ely and Thomas Broome. Bishopston took the upper hand after the interval and ran in goals from Sam Mainstone, Toby Wales, Ben Huggett and Oliver Sparks, as well as two more from Broome, including a 25-yard free-kick, to complete his hat-trick.
There were hat-tricks, too, for Simon Foot, Dominic Robbins and star performer Jack Edwards as Golden Hill Sonics rattled in 12 goals against Shirehampton, Jack Morgan and Diccon Lewis also getting on the scoresheet.
Wickwar Wanderers prevailed 3-1 in a tense and enjoyable top-table fixture with Rockleaze Rangers, with Rory Morgan, Robbie Haines and James Cooke all on target for the deserved winners.
Harry Brock fired Tytherington Rocks A Under-14s into a 2-0 lead, but he could only watch on in frustration as hosts Golden Hill Sonics roared back to take the match 7-2 with a brace apiece for Alex Buczek and Rob Grant and efforts from skipper Tommy Foot, Eddie McGee and Ned O'Keefe, with a super solo effort.
Bishopston United ran out 3-1 victors away against Ingleside, who had made a dream start after 30 seconds when Sam Parker could only deflect the ball past his own keeper following a powerful break by the home team.
Midway through the first half, Tom Johnson took down an Oliver Williams pass and smashed home a powerful right-foot drive for Bishopston's equaliser, and just before the interval Johnson struck again, running on to a superb Danny Jafar through ball to hammer a powerful right foot shot into the net.
Second-half Bishopston pressure told with Gabe Kerfoot meeting an Eddie Marshall cross to head home.
Meanwhile, in the Under-14s B Division, goals for William Stanley (2), Matt Richmond (2), Josh Butt (2), Stan Hill, Ben Hernandes and Pedro Lovatt-Garcia fired St Andrews to a 9-0 away win over a Thornbury Colts side who fought hard at times, without finding the finished product.
