Academy in battle to avoid drop zone
Bristol Academy could find themselves perched just one place above the FA Premier League relegation zone if they fail to end their poor run of results at home to Doncaster Belles on Sunday.
Should Gary Green's side lose that game and Liverpool repeat last Sunday's 3-0 win over Watford in the return fixture this weekend, then the Reds would climb above the Bristol side in the table.

The Academy were unfortunate not to take anything from their fixture at home to third-placed Chelsea.
The game remained goalless until the 57th minute when Jess Smith made the breakthrough for the Blues.
Michelle Green pulled the hosts level 14 minutes later, only for Lianne Sanderson to restore the visitors' lead inside 60 seconds.
The result leaves the Academy ninth in the table ahead of their meeting with fourth-placed Doncaster, which will take place at Mangotsfield United's Cossham Street ground – rather than the regular venue of Almondsbury – on Sunday (2pm).
Second-placed Keynsham Town were without a game in the Premier League's Southern Division, but face a home match against lowly Brighton on Sunday.
There were no fairytales in the semi-finals of the GFA Women's Challenge Cup as both Cleeve West Town and Oldland Abbotonians went out.
Gloucestershire County League side Cleeve were beaten 3-0 at Cheltenham Town, while Oldland went down 6-1 at home to South West Combination high-fliers Forest Green Rovers.
Oldland made a disastrous start, trailing 2-0 after only five minutes, but steadied the ship to reach half-time still just two goals down.
Assistant manager Steve Lavis said: "We had a go in the second half and created as many chances as they did. Forest Green just took more of theirs."
Gemma Summers scored the Abbots' consolation goal.
Weston St Johns lost 3-1 at home to fellow strugglers Swindon Town in the South West Combination, while only Downend Flyers collected any points of all the local sides in the South West Women's League. Two Katie Michael goals, including one from the penalty spot, saw Downend come from 2-0 down to draw 2-2 at Cirencester.
Fellow mid-table side Keynsham Town Development were beaten 1-0 at Bishops Lydeard, while Weston St Johns Reserves went down 6-3 at their Swindon Town counterparts.
In the Premier Division, Bristol Ladies Union were thumped 4-0 at promotion-chasing Cullompton.
Yate Town were without a game in Division One of the Gloucestershire County League, but Bristol & West enjoyed a dominant 2-0 win over struggling Newent. Carla Thomas and Martha Harfoot scored the goals, while Trudy Hammond missed a penalty.
Derby rivals Bitton and AEK Boco played out a lively encounter in Division Two, but neither side could break the deadlock.
Bitton boss Steve Jones said: "We started well and had the better of the first half, but Boco came into it and dominated the second period."
