Abstract Art Exhibition at the Yate Library.

From the 6 of January to the 6 of February 2013.

Press and broadcast media are invited to a private view at the

Yate Library on Sunday 6 January. From 12.30pm. The exhibition will be open by

Liberal Democrat local councillor for Dodington Parish Paul Hulbert.  I the artist will attend this event and be

available for interview. Opportunity for Photographs of the event will be

I had the privilege of exhibit one of my paintings on The

Stars on Canvas charity exhibition opened at Maddox Arts on November 29 and the

first day saw hundreds of contributing artists, celebrities and guests attend

an exclusive private view reception.

The Willow Charity founders, Bob & Megs Wilson, hosted

guests at the West End gallery, include award winning actor, John Hurt, whose

art appears in the exhibition.

The varied artwork looked fabulous on the walls - from sport

stars' doodles by Mo Farah and Wayne Rooney, to Turner Prize winning artists

and many more.

Stars on Canvas is a colourful and imaginative art project

created by hundreds of well-known names from the worlds of art, illustration,

sport, music and entertainment. Collectively, the canvases can be seen as an

exploration of modern culture – how we come to revere a diverse range of stars

for their particular talents, skills and personalities, and sometimes simply

for their fame.

All canvases where auction online in aid of national

charity, the Willow Foundation, and exhibited at Maddox Arts – a London based

gallery which has kindly donated its gallery space. The eBay auction is now

finished.
