Avon Youth League Under-14s: Aaron Turner netted a hat-trick to take his goal tally for the season to 57 as Yate Rangers and Broadwalk drew 3-3 in Division IV.

Broadwalk scored two quick goals from corners before Rangers responded with a great goal from Turner, who fired home from 18 yards.

Turner followed up with a second goal before half-time to level the game.

Broadwalk thought they had won when they went 3-2 up a minute from the end but never-say-die Rangers refused to throw in the towel and Turner completed his hat-trick with virtually the last kick of the game.

AEK Boco C won a seven-goal thriller against Bristol Scorchers in a Division III basement battle, triumphing 4-3.

Craig Dibbins netted twice, with Jake Thomas and Keanu also on target for Boco, who held on for the points despite conceding a late penalty.

Whitchurch Sports' recent good form continued with a hard-fought 1-0 victory over Keynsham in Division II.

It was their third consecutive win without conceding a goal.

The winning strike came in the first half with James Dean winning the ball, then playing a through ball to Josh Brunt, who outpaced the Keysnham defence and coolly placed his shot into the corner of the net.

Whitchurch should have made it 2-0 minutes later after the impressive Dan Kelly delivered a inch-perfect pass for Brunt to race clear again. This time his shot rebounded off the keeper.

Dean picked up the loose ball but his effort struck the underside of the crossbar.
