AEK Boco hang on under onslaught from Wanderers
Battling AEK Boco hung on to grab a surprise 3-2 away victory against Nicholas Wanderers in their Bristol Premier Combination Cup semi-final at Dundridge Farm.
AEK took the lead midway through the first half when a shot from Danny Coles was turned into his own net by Wanderers defender Sholto Blackwell.

The hosts hit back within a minute as James Zabek's cross was netted from close range by Gareth Clements to make the score 1-1 at the interval.
AEK had a player sent off early in the second half but took the lead with an opportunist effort on the break from Karim Rendall as Wanderers pushed forward. The visitors had a second player red-carded by referee Bob Danaher before Coles struck again for a 3-1 lead.
Player-manager Kevin Pollard came on as substitute and netted from close range for Wanderers but, despite piling on the pressure in the closing minutes, they were unable to find an equaliser.
AEK's opponents in the final at AXA on Wednesday, May 6 will be the winner of this Saturday's second semi-final between South Bristol Central and Roman Glass St George Reserves at Abbots Leigh.
Mendip United took another decisive step towards the Premier Division title after coming from behind to win 4-2 at home to Talbot Knowle.
The leaders trailed 2-0 to goals from Mark Leigh and Natt Brain at the break, when a dressing down from manager Richard O'Connor and a tactical substitution brought an immediate response in the second half.

Paris Allen fired Saints into a half-time lead with a volley and James Shipman bagged a brace to end SBC's hopes of staying in touch with the leading group.
"Even with only 10 men for most of the game, they were the better team," said SBC's disappointed manager Paul Keen.
