72-year-old charity cyclist dies after road accident
A charity cyclist has died in Frenchay Hospital, 11 days after being involved in a road accident on the A38.
The man died yesterday and police have now renewed their appeal for witnesses.

He was riding north along the A38 and was at Buckgrove, shortly after 8am on Saturday, June 9 , when he fell from his bicycle.
He was discovered by members of the public with serious head injuries and taken to Frenchay Hospital in a critical condition.

Police are keen to trace any witnesses, who may have been in the area at the time of the incident, who could have useful information to help their enquiries.
They would particularly like to hear from anyone who may have seen the cyclist earlier that morning.
