Slough Town 1 Mangotsfield United 1: Mangotsfield United earned an FA Trophy preliminary-round replay against Slough Town after a game where three players were sent off.

United's Danny Spill was dismissed for receiving two yellow cards, while Slough's Ryan Fenton and Craig O'Connor also both saw red.

Mangotsfield made a great start, taking the lead in the fifth minute through midfielder Geraint Bater, whose 25- yard shot took an awkward bounce to deceive goalkeeper Jamie Jackson. Encouraged by this, Mangotsfield kept pressing and Tom Knighton and Mitchell Page both wasted chances.

Spill was dismissed just before the break, but Slough also went down to 10 men midway through the second half when Fenton committed a professional foul.

However, Slough snatched the equaliser in the 75th minute, when O'Connor scored from close range.

The Slough player was later sent off, but the nine men almost conjured a dramatic winner as Tony Court's brilliant save denied Paul Edgeworth.

Mangotsfield and Slough will replay at Cossham Street tomorrow (7.45pm).
